The Environmental and Biosystems Engineering Students’ Association team organized an orientation for the 1st year Biosystems Engineering students (2021/2022) to the Upper Kabete premises on Friday, 29th October 2021. There were about 35 1st year students present. They were accompanied and joined by Assistant Dean of Students Ms. Catherine Gatwiri.

The Library has organized online training for postgraduate and researchers on Academic Writing Skills. The training is scheduled on Friday, 22nd October 2021.

The University of Nairobi in collaboration with UNESCO and Mount Kenya University launched Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3 Plus) project on, Thursday 30th September, 2021 in Taifa Hall, University of Nairobi.

• University of Nairobi active undergraduate needy students.
• Age - 26 years and below.
• Fully registered in one of the 11 Faculties (For ongoing students).
• Must have received an official letter of offer to study at the University of Nairobi (New intake September 2021).

University of Nairobi is offering 137 masters scholarships for the 2021/2022 academic year. The applications are open only to applicants for the September 2021 intake.

" All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. " EBESA students association organised a friendly football match between 3rd and 2nd yr students at Upper Kabete Sport Complex. When the final whistle was blown second years had already scored 4 goals against third years nill goal making them emerge winners.

The Department of Environmental and Biosystems Engineering together with the EBESA (student Association), organized 5th year Leavers Party  at Shamba  cafe & shop located  along Loresho Ridge, before VetLab Sports Club and Upper Kabete Campus CAVs.
