The Faculty of Engineering co-hosted the Kenya Society of Environmental, Biological and Agricultural Engineers -KeSEBAE, Annual Conference on Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th December 2022. The theme of the conference was “Engineering a Sustainable World.” Our staff and students are registered members of this society and are actively involved in research projects and KeSEBAE activities. The hybrid international conference attracted about 400 participants.
Participating in the community with a socially responsible outlook is one of our core values of our social impact and sustainability mindset. Environmental and Biosystems Engineering Students Association together with Chairman, Department of Environmental and Biosystems Engineering organized for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event to visit tree house children’s home in Lucky Summer on the 26th November 2022.
