Design Modification of a Simple On-Site Concrete Mixer (FEB 403)

Concrete has the unique distinction of being the only construction material manufactured on the site. A concrete mixer machine is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate such as sand or gravel, and water to form concrete. A typical concrete machine mixer uses a revolving drum to mix the components. These machines are too expensive and because of these small scale construction workers use traditional method of mixing concrete. This method of manual mixing takes a lot of time to produce a mixture and also requires large human effort to mix it.
